WOW! i didn't blog for nearly 6 months. LOLs~ Blogging was fun to me.. where i poured myself to the world. Ever since i started the new semester (1st sem) few months ago, i stopped blogging. REASON???!!! sorry.. i can't find any.. probably i'm not in a mood to blog. In the other hand, probably just because i really2 didn't do anything interesting. Even raya was not great. Few of my best friends lost their family members. It was saddening enough for a friend of mine whom i considered like a brother. What more could i say.. Nonetheless it teach us that live has to move on.. even at the hardest moment. rigHT!
2009 closing.. my life?? still the same. but hey! i met some new friends. Opening my arms to the world i say.. hahaa.. goodluck to those who just started their career path. For my friends who already been years in the industry, bangunan, jambatan, jalan semua dh buat.. masjid bila? wakaka... just kidding lor.. hehe..
I'm going to welcome 2010 with......................... to be continue

Why? simple lor.. since i was in primary 5 that is, which at that time my father was working in Bakun and my mum working as a tutor in bintulu. At that time, there's only me and my sister both of us would cook simple meal because sometimes there's no one home to cook for us. From there, i developed my habit of cooking.. hehehe :) Until this day, since my mum can't do house work and my father and sister busy with their work, i'm the only one left at home to cook. All the recipe are mine and i want to share it up. The recipe is quite simple. What you need are:
- chicken (5/6 pieces)
- some garlic
- ginger
- black pepper (crushed)
- white pepper
- thymes
- sesame oil
- oyster sauce
- pinch of salt and seasoning (optional)
The chicken is marinated with oyster sauce, garlic, white pepper and sesame oil. marinate it 10 minutes.
Then, place the chicken in alluminium foil. before putting it into the oven. My oven has the programme for roasting chicken. The time preset is one hour.

The Fish was grilled in an oven.. no setting on the temperature coz mine has a auto program for grilling food. But if you don't have the auto program, just put it around 120 degree around 15 minutes depending on the fish.. but if its still not that cooked, cooked it for another 5 minutes, plus minus.
Here's the pre-prepared before putting it in the oven. I'm using Corrells.. don't worry.. its microwave-able(adaka word ya).. hahaha

Manok Steam my recipe :-)
Today i'm cooking steam chicken of my own recipe for lunch. Teringin mok makan manok stim.. hehehee.. Alhamdulillah.. jadi~ :) Hurmm.. Terfikir mok namakan resipi tok.. how bout Resipi Manok Stim entam jak.. hahahaha.. bah2x... Ini recipe saya yeee.. sila lah cuba~
Picture above is the ingredient. Mcm biasa, bawang putih and halia (ginger). But, the ginger that i used is not the one yang commercially grown. I'm using leyak kampung (so said by my father... I too wondered why the ginger is small) mok tauk apa bezanya? halia commercial besar2 and sik sesedap halia kampung (home grown ginger). Halia kampung walaupun kecik, tp cukup rasanya.. (quote from my father). Potong kan bwg and leyak, tutok bgs gik.. kuar rasanya. Then, ada celery and cendawan and cili padi (pic below).
To make the marinating sauce:
Ayam ya sikda la perlu marinate lamak2 just sekejap jak.. lam 5 to 10 minit. Bahan2 nya, Thymes, mint (just a pinch of it), lada hitam, minyak bijian. marinate kan ayam dgn smua bahan2 ya, tmbh garam and ajinamoto sekucup rasa. Letak bawang, leyak and celery.. Siap lor... then letak lam steamer.. tunggu jak sampey masak.
simple..... and SODAP.. ya penting.. heheheehe..
Untuk rasa best gik, masak and tutup dgn alluminum foil.. supaya air extra sik masuk lam bekas ya. I didn't do it because alluminium foil dah abis... hehehe..ada apa2 pertanyaan?

Shocking news of our nation on "Human trafficking"
It's 3 am. My friends were at my house just now. Just talking and surfing YOU tube. Since i'm using all the 3 laptops for my friends, i used my father's and.. his was slllooww... so, I as a good son (chewah~ LOL) now, doing some "maintaining" work. I opened the MSN website and shocked to see the news.. apparently the quote that shocked me most is "The report said Malaysia fails not only to "fully comply" with minimum standards to eliminate trafficking but "is not making significant efforts to do so." ----
Here is the full news on IT>.
Malaysia, six African states listed for human trafficking
The United States on Tuesday added six African countries to a blacklist of countries trafficking in people, and put US trading partner Malaysia back on the list.
Chad, Eritrea, Niger, Mauritania, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe were added to the list in the annual report, which analyzed efforts in 173 countries to fight trafficking in humans for forced labor, prostitution, military service and other reasons.
Staying on the blacklist list are US allies Saudi Arabia and Kuwait but also Cuba, Fiji, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Sudan, and Syria, according to the State Department report for 2009.
Removed from the list were Qatar, Oman, Algeria, and Moldova.
"This is modern slavery, a crime that spans the globe, providing ruthless employers with an endless supply of people to abuse for financial gain," US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in introducing the report.
The "Trafficking in Persons Report" said "the global economic crisis is also boosting the demand side of human trafficking."
The 17 countries on the blacklist could face sanctions, including the withholding of non-humanitarian, non-trade related US aid.
The report said Malaysia fails not only to "fully comply" with minimum standards to eliminate trafficking but "is not making significant efforts to do so."
Last year the report elevated Malaysia to a "watch list" from the 2007 blacklist after finding that it was "making significant efforts" to comply with such standards.
The new report said that while the government took early steps to fight sex trafficking, it has yet to fully tackle labor trafficking in Malaysia.
It also said there were "credible allegations," including those in a Senate report this year, that some immigration officials took part in trafficking and extorting refugees from Myanmar.
Like many African and other poor countries, the report said, Zimbabwe "is a source, transit and destination country for men, women and children trafficked for the purposes of forced labor and sexual exploitation."
Some of the many Zimbabweans who fled to neighboring countries amid Zimbabwe's severe economic and political crisis faced "human trafficking," it said.
It charged that members of Zimbabwe's military were involved in trafficking.
Chad "showed no results in enforcing government policy prohibiting recruitment of child soldiers," the 320-page report said.
The government of Niger "demonstrated marginal efforts to combat human trafficking, including traditional slavery, during the last year," it said.
"The government of Mauritania made inadequate efforts to raise awareness of trafficking during the last year," it added.
Eritrea showed no progress in prosecuting or punishing traffickers, while Swaziland showed no effort to do the same.
The report said Saudi Arabia and Kuwait admit men and women from Asian and African countries to work as domestic servants or other low-skilled laborers, but then subject many to "involuntary servitude."
It added that Saudi Arabia made "no discernible efforts" to punish or prosecute traffickers, although Kuwait "demonstrated some progress" in punishing them.
North Korea does not recognize or make any attempt to identify trafficking victims, it said. Nor does it make any effort to prosecute perpetrators.
But another longstanding blacklist member Myanmar showed some progress to fight cross-border trafficking as well as limited efforts to investigate and prosecute internal trafficking, it said.
Fiji, described as a source country for child laborers and prostitutes, showed no significant efforts to protect victims or prosecute perpetrators, it said.
