Daging rusa masak err.. Tabuan Supreme's styLe! --- by AritZ ---

Few days ago.. i was staying back at home because my sister on call. arith is my next door neighboor.. he was a chef.. on that particularly day we try a new dish.. just throw anything he could think off.. while i was the tester and the "know nothing" Supervisor.. hahaha...

The ingredient:

Part A
  • deer meat sliced to about 2-3mm thick. (the meat cooked faster)
  • quail eggs
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • ginger
  • leek

all above quantity is to preference...

Part B

  • salt
  • ajinamoto/perasa/bicin/seasoning
  • black pepper
  • black soya sauce
  • oregano
  • sesame oil

just a bit of everything above is enough.. but you could add up to your preference..

Heat the pan and oil. (not sesame oil.. because the sesame oil is just for adding up taste to the food). Stir fry the Part A ingredient without the meat. Then put the meat in the frying pan. Cooked it for a few minutes. Add soya sauce, a bit of sesame oil and black pepper. stir to mix it well. then put the salt and seasoning. Fry it until the meat is cooked. Then add oregano and carrot and telur... ( carrot is added last so that it is not overcooked and the eggs.. well it is boiled and already cooked). oregano.. just for the taste and aroma.. oh ya.. i forgot.. dry chilli.. (add it earlier if you want it to be hot or if you just want a bit of spicy taste.. put it last..)


The meat and carrot was overcooked because we forgot about the dry chilli.. therefore we had to let it overcooked a bit.. huhu

erk.. sik sempat mok amik coz secara rakusnya mengambil dan makan! ahahhaha... eh.. ada minyak bijian cya.. and oregano.. and pepper mun prasan la...
